In Case of Snow or Ice…
There is a chance of snow in our future…sooooo, we thought this might be a good time to make sure everyone is aware of our policy regarding weather-related closures.
Studio West typically follows the Olympia School District (OSD) regarding closures due to weather.
If after-school activities are cancelled by OSD, then Studio West and the Beat Box classes will also be cancelled. Even if OSD decides to keep going with after-school activities, there may be a chance we would decide to cancel classes if we felt the weather was making conditions too dangerous for our families and instructors to drive home after class.
We will always email and update our voicemail if we decide to close or cancel classes.
Dancers are encouraged to take make-up classes any time over the following three months after a weather-related closure.
