Hallie Keel is a dance instructor from Tacoma, Washington. She has spent many years training under some of the most influential names in the dance community, including Brian Friedman, Tricia Miranda, and Tessandra Chavez.  During her time as a student she traveled across the nation with The Pulse on Tour as an Elite Protege and with Velocity Dance Convention as their 2016 National Junior MVA Winner. Although traveling for dance was an amazing experience, Hallie found her passion when she started teaching four years ago. With this being her fifth year teaching Hip Hop, she has found many ways to implement the rich history of Hip Hop into her teachings. Most people think of Hip Hop as being “just a style” of dance, but Hallie’s goal is to help students understand that it is a culture and a lifestyle that goes beyond the combos learned in class. Her favorite color is lavender, or any pastel version of a color.
