Malia Campbell trained at Studio West Dance Academy for 14 years.  She participated, and has now graduated, from the studio’s student-teacher training program to become a Discover Dance and Tiny Hoppers instructor this year. Her training included ballet, tap, and jazz, but she found her passion in hip hop. Through her years of training and performing in our Performance Division team, EDGE, she gained extensive performance experience. She has participated in countless showcases in the Olympia, Tacoma, and the Seattle area. She aspires to return the same education and experience she received through the years to other young students wanting to pursue dance. This will be her first season as an instructor at Studio West and she is looking forward to being a bigger part of her community.
